Cancellation policy:
Cancellation is free of charge 3 weeks prior to arrival. A fee of 30% of the package price will be charged if cancelled up to 10 days before arrival and a fee of 50% after 10 days before arrival. In the event of a cancellation we will try to rebook the apartment, so that no costs are incurred.
Arrival and departure:
Your apartment is available on the day of arrival from 3.00 pm. On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 10:00 am. For other arrival and departure times, you can leave your luggage with us at any time.
Extra bed:
Please note that an extra bed can only be provided in the 3 ½-room apartment.
Baby cot:
On request we will gladly provide a baby cot free of charge.
Pets:
Please note that pets are not permitted.
