Cancellation policy:
Cancellation is free of charge 3 weeks prior to arrival. A fee of 30% of the package price will be charged if cancelled up to 10 days before arrival and 50% after 10 days before arrival. In the event of a cancellation we will try to rebook the room, so that no costs are incurred.
Arrival and departure:
Your room is available on the day of arrival from 3.00 pm. On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 12:00 am. For other arrival and departure times, you can leave your luggage with us at any time.
Children's prices:
Children under 6 years stay free of charge in parents' room.
Older children are charged sFr. 45.00 per extra bed. Please note that an extra bed is only available in standard and superior rooms.
Baby cot:
On request, we will gladly provide a baby cot free of charge.
Pets:
Please note that pets are not permitted in our hotel.
