Cancellation is free of charge until 3 weeks prior to arrival. In case of a cancellation after this deadline, the whole package price will be charged. If we can rebook the room, we guarantee a refund for the rebooked nights.
SUMMER SEASON (01st May until 31st October):
Cancellation is free of charge until 3 days prior to arrival. In case of a cancellation after this deadline, the whole package price will be charged. If we can rebook the room, we guarantee a refund for the rebooked nights.
GROUPS (8 rooms or more):
Cancellation is free of charge until 6 weeks prior to arrival. In case of a cancellation after this deadline, the whole package price will be charged. According to prior agreement, individual rooms can be cancelled also after the cancellation deadline. If we can rebook the room(s), we guarantee a refund for the rebooked nights.
No-show is charged with 100% of the pacakge price.
We recommend to get a travel insurance, so that no costs arise for you in case of a cancellation of your trip.
